Subject: COVID ACTION PLAN SUPERCAR WEEK 2021 GENERAL SCW 2021 COVID 19 RULES AND INFORMATION

WE EXPECT COVID INFECTION RATE NUMBERS TO DRAMATICALLY BE REDUCED OVER THE NEXT 6-8 WEEKS WHICH IN TURN WILL LIGHTEN THE RESTRICTIONS ON PUBLIC SOCIAL GATHERINGS. THAT BEING SAID, CAR SHOWS BY NATURE ARE SOCIALLY DISTANCED EVENTS BECAUSE THE CARS HAVE APPROX 12 FOOT BETWEEN THEM AND NO MORE THAN TWO OR THREE PEOPLE LOOKING AT ANY ONE VEHICLE AT A TIME.

BY APRIL 18TH WE EXPECT RESTRICTIONS TO LIGHTEN, BUT UNTIL THEN...

Other than following the West Palm Beach GREEN MARKET guidelines of 10x10’ tents needing to have 10’ between them and their tables must be up against the outer tent edge so people can walk up to them, but not into them, here are our additional Supercar Week 2021 Covid Action Plan Details delveloped for the safety of our guests, sponsors, our and their staffs and the public at large. Please make more suggestions if you have any. Note that all city permits and approvals have been met and Supercar Week is the first Waterfront Event to be permited since March 2020 and the City of West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County and Supercar Week are working together to bring a beautiful, safe and socially conscious famiy event to the Downtown West Palm Beach Flagler Drive Waterfront, Sunday, April 18, 2021. All staff and Volunteers will wear masks:

Food trucks will have taped spacers on street for lines

Outside public bars will have taped spacers on street for lines

Street signage directing walk flow & reminders to wear mask & sanitize/wash hands regularly

Hand sanitizer stations will be placed at all intersecting Flagler Drive blocks

Free Masks available will be placed at all intersecting Flagler Drive blocks

VIP LAKE PAVILION:

VIP Venues UV/Ozone cleansing one hour before VIP guests entry. 11 am, 4/18/21 10X20’ Vip entry tent w/ hand spray sanitizer stations from Simple Life Medical.

We will have a Simple Life Medical truck/lab doing onsite testing parked on Clematis Street South

THE LAKE PAVILION AS VIP LUNCH & BAR FOR SPONSORS AND VIP GUESTS

This year on Sunday, April 18, 2021 we will be opening all the sliding /window/doors of The Lake Pavilion to create an outdoor dining experience where VIP Guests Only may enter after coming through our safety entrance tent on Clematis Street South between The Lake Pavilion and ER Bradley’s, Hand Washing and Sanitizing Stations as well as Temperature Checks will be taken at the entrance.

The Wellington Hospitality Group food and bar service will be behind plexiglass sneeze guards and each plate will be prepared by their gloved and masked servers, then placed on a clean table for the guest to pick it up, to then, take to their umbrella covered table on the outdoor patio surrounding The Lake Pavilion, to sit down and eat. There will be one Top Shelf Bar with Bartender Inside the Lake Pavilion and another outside on the patio.
